SHIPPING
Once the item has been shipped, you should receive a notice from Etsy. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can monitor the shipping status of your purchase. Our shipping options include standard 2-5 day, priority 1-3 day, and express 1-2 day. The shipping options can be found on the last page of checkout below the Submit Order button. Shipping time does not account for standard processing time.

RETURNS
Personalized items may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective or there is a mistake in the engraving due to seller error. These returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date the package is delivered to the buyer. Seller is not responsible for damages caused by the buyer or any other party.
